Wellness for Every Body. Every Community.
We believe healing is a right — not a privilege. That’s why we bring free, inclusive yoga and wellness to underserved communities and train diverse leaders to teach and thrive.
Our Mission
At Majestic Community Wellness (MCW), we’re transforming the wellness industry to be more inclusive, representative, and rooted in community.
We offer free, trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness programs in underserved neighborhoods—and train the next generation of BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and systemically excluded leaders to bring healing home
MCW Relational Care: How We Show Up
At Majestic Community Wellness, we believe healing begins with being seen.
Our Relational Care Model means we notice when life feels heavy, reach out with empathy, and respond with flexible, dignity-centered support. No judgment. No shame. Just real care for real people.
We meet our students and community members where they are — honoring their stories, their responsibilities, and their strength. This is wellness rooted in equity, compassion, and cultural integrity.
What We Stand For
Relational Care
We notice, we reach out, we ask gently, we listen with humility, and we act with compassion.
Equity & Access
Wellness is for everyone — especially those who have been historically excluded.
Community & Collaboration
We co-create healing spaces with participants, partners, and community advisors.
Empowerment & Leadership
We cultivate BIPOC wellness leaders and support their growth with mentorship and dignity.
Trauma-Informed Practice
We honor lived experience, normalize flexibility, and never penalize real life.
MCW Is a Place Where People Are Seen and Supported
Healing happens where care is real.
MCW is that place — a jewel rooted in love, rigor, and community.
Trauma-Informed Yoga & Healing
At Majestic Community Wellness, trauma-informed yoga is not just movement —
it is a relational, body-based healing practice rooted in compassion, dignity, and community care.
We honor that trauma is not always a single event. For many — especially Black and BIPOC women — it is the daily weight of caregiving, inequity, stress, and generational responsibility. Our classes create a space where participants can breathe, rest, release tension, and reconnect with their bodies without judgment or expectation.
Healing that begins with care, choice, and cultural integrity.
Our approach follows the Majestic Healing Pathway™, a community-developed model that supports healing through all life stages — fertility, postpartum, chronic illness, stress, loss, menopause, and beyond.
This is trauma-informed yoga that meets people where they are.
This is healing rooted in relationship, community, and care.
Grounded in our Relational Care Model, every class offers:
• Choice over compliance
• Invitational, culturally responsive language
• A pace that welcomes different abilities and energy levels
• Attunement — noticing shifts in presence, comfort, or overwhelm
• Supportive options for rest, stillness, or modified movement
• A space where people belong, even on their hardest days.
Partnering with Community Leaders
Healing that grows strongest inside community.

“I never thought yoga was for someone like me. I didn’t see people who looked like me in yoga spaces — so I stayed away. MCW changed that. Now I feel seen, included, and empowered to lead others in their healing.”
— Moira S., MCW Teacher Training Graduate
