The evening will start with a calming meditation, followed by a warm cup of tea and some fun pumpkin painting. While you paint, you’ll be immersed in the healing sounds of a sound bath, and we’ll end with an optional closing meditation to complete the experience.
Whether you’re in the mood for quiet reflection or want to engage socially, come as you are—this space is for everyone!
