You Are Whole (and Always Have Been, and Always Will Be)

Sometimes, we need a gentle reminder that we entered this world whole, pure, and perfect. Over time, life experiences shape us, and we may begin to lose sight of the truth of who we truly are. We take on personas, construct walls, and build layers around our hearts. Yet, beneath it all, there remains a pure essence—a wellspring of truth and love that is constant and unchanging.

Satya, or truthfulness, encourages us to honor our authentic selves, just as we are, without judgment or masks. It invites us to let go of the conditioned layers and return to the truth within our hearts. Take a few moments each day to sit in stillness, to be with your breath, and to feel the truth of your being. Allow the silence within to help you peel back the layers, revealing the essence of who you are.

As you connect to this inner truth, try repeating the following affirmation. Let each word settle in your heart and guide you back to your essence. Honor whatever arises, without needing to change or hide it—this is the practice of satya, of living in alignment with your truth.
