Simply Breathe

When I am stressed, stepping into new territory, preparing to say something important, or feeling anxious, I take a moment to pause.

I simply breathe… just breathe. I turn inward and connect deeply to my breath. With each inhale, I watch the breath as it fills me, observing its gentle rise. I linger in the pause at the top, sensing the spaciousness within that quiet moment. As I exhale, I witness the breath leaving, allowing myself to soften into the release. At the end of the exhale, I rest in the space between breaths, feeling its calmness and ease.

This practice allows me to settle, reconnect with the stillness within, and feel the quiet strength of my heart. And from this centered place, I can step back into any situation with more groundedness and presence.

Try it when you need it. Let me know how it goes.

Much Love,
Lindsay
