Meditation is a Gift to Yourself

I used to believe that meditating once a day for 10 or 20 minutes was enough, and if I missed a day or two, it was no big deal. I told myself that running could be my meditation. But then life got overwhelming. I found myself stressed, sleepless, and shutting my heart off from everything and everyone.

In that chaos, I turned back to meditation, this time twice a day. I began with 10 minutes, then built up to 30. What I discovered was that meditation was a true gift to myself. It became a pathway back to the stillness and silence within—a connection to my own heart. It was like liquid gold, soothing my mind, easing my worries, and creating a gentle space for my spirit to rest.

All it took was a belief—a belief that this simple practice could be my anchor, my calm, and my renewal.

Here's to believing in the gifts we can offer ourselves.

With love,
Lindsay ❤️
