#GratefulFriday: 12/20/24

It’s #GratefulFriday

When your heart feels heavy or constricted, try finding gratitude in the smallest of things and the simplest of moments. You don’t have to force gratitude for everything—because let’s be honest, not everything is easy to be grateful for. But you can find gratitude in the present moment: in the rhythm of your breath, the sparkle of sunlight, the gentle patter of rain, or the comfort of a kind word.

Pause for a moment. Think of one thing, no matter how small, that warms and fills your heart. Let yourself feel that warmth grow, filling every corner of your being. Gently breathe into it for a few steady breaths. Then, notice how you feel—how the simple act of gratitude begins to soften and shift your heart.

Practicing gratitude is not about perfection—it’s about learning to pause, to feel, and to be present with what is. With practice, you’ll notice your heart opening more freely, your perspective widening, and your mindset shifting towards one of ease and lightness.

So, let me ask you: What makes your heart sing today?

With much love,
Lindsay
